Muscatine, Iowa To be eligible for these positions, the minimum requirements are a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Technology Engineering for the entry-level positions. As for the more advanced positions, you will also need a solid understanding of manufacturing, LEAN exposure, AutoCAD, project development, Pro-E CAD, Oracle systems, and Microsoft Office. Candidates who have Toyota Product System experience and/or Six Sigma Green or Black belts will take precedence.
